Refund & Return Policy

At Wear & Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, intimate wear, lingerie, feminine care products, and opened skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, where applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
